Do you ever get STUCK in Cities Skylines?

Do you ever have those moments in Cities Skylines where you just feel STUCK? You may have all these huge odd shaped empty spaces that you don't know what to do with, or maybe the terrain is hilly and ugly and just doesn't seem to work.
Well, I've been in that same place with my city lately, so in today's video, Episode 3 of Cascadia Bay, I'll share my strategies for making a city look more realistic by filling in those empty spaces between and underneath highways with nicely detailed areas and give some tips for building on tough terrain.
This city is based on the region surrounding Astoria, Oregon. Today we will be expanding out of downtown to create a new neighborhood called South Slope, including adding public transit in the form of trolleybuses, a taxi depot and expanding the city's residential layout/
In real life Astoria is a small town but in this series, the city of Astoria will be a densely packed city with a bustling region surrounding it. The goal for the build is to create an area that resembles a mix of Seattle and San Francisco also taking inspiration from Portland and New York City.
