First of all the ministry of transportation should block unapproved "TURNING" points on the motorway. Secondly it's about time for the ministry of transportation to do some UPGRADE work on the motorway. It can be done so the road designing and engineering team should take a good look at the old BLUE PRINT from Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah's time

They look very intimidated with the coverage, doesn’t look you had their consent. Then also, entrapment is illegal and waiting for drivers to use an opening (without a no u turn sign) which officers previously allowed as an exit so you can “catch them” sounds like entrapment to me

That U-turn can easily be blocked 🚫, but it is not. 2, the police allow motorist to turn there. Then, one day you come with a camera to arrest citizens. Let's just block it? Disappointing.

I wonder why patchworks are still done in asphalt when the road isn't made of that. My experience few days ago from tema-Accra. My driver's attempt to suddenly swerve the crater/manholes (which are visibly difficult to notice until split seconds)veered the car off into the outer lanes. It would have been a different story today was a car approaching on top speed. Ghana......

The motorway construction is way overdue... And the new one should have two sets of overhead or underpass loop to allow change of direction..... Just like the one at achimota forest.. A simple bypass loop.. If you need to change direction you lay off and drive up and come back down the other lane.. But they have to do it properly and to International standards... The branch off layby Lane leading up to the loop should be about 2 km in distance to avoid slow speeds.

Hello, Citi TV I admire the initiative But I suggest you also engage the relevant authorities to PERMANENTLY prevent the unlawful U-turns. They can install LARGE CONCRETE BLOCKADES which will prevent motorists from making those unlawful U-turns A permanent solution will mean NO accidents from U-turns The Police can therefore spend time on other aspects of their jobs which need their attention.

The lady doesn't know what she's about. How can u say "that's how the motorway was designed" was the plan to have so many residential properties located close to the road. You won't report about the 100s of deadly potholes on the road but as for this nonsense you can push a mic infront of people and be asking jamb questions. The highways authority must provide entry and exit routes like its done in any other country. This is called a slip road. So if you are going to east legon or east airport you come off you dont need to go all the way to tetteh quashie round about.

This is not right. Just block that U-Turn place. I can do it for you if your Road Engineers are too busy. Stop wasting Police Officers Energy. Stop wasting Drivers' time. Stop frustrating and intimidating motorists. Many have said policemen did allowed them to pass though, so they are not intentionally breaking the law. So, they are doing it out of habit. You are causing too much pains to too many people.
