What is the difference between Ca 4500 and ca 4559 ? Is the latter a newer model of the former ?

To be honest I'm not quite sure. Some Googling shows that the 4500 has the pulsation bezel, while the 4559 seems to have a compass bezel. Otherwise they look pretty similar to me. Perhaps this is the main difference. I could be wrong, though.

Haha, if I had to hazard a guess, the 'high' would be trying to keep a 2.5-year-old child occupied with something else for long enough to shoot the video! 😄 Best form of cardio, ever! I lost weight since becoming a dad, even with the stress eating and binge drinking 🤣
