When we sing a song, we may be good at it, but when we sing one of the songs of the citizen soldier, it will be complete because it comes out of our soul. Thank you for providing these amazing songs in rock and in life. On the other hand, how are you? How do you feel when you see people love you and express their love in different ways. The most soul touching songs are sung by those who have been through that kind of hell and know people need to hear it. Emotion shines the brightest when sung by those who have felt them the deepest. Truly a wonderful life saving song that anyone with thoughts of ending the fight need to hear.

I am 55. A HUGE fan of CS. I read the comments and I want each of you to know this. I see you. I hear you. And the universe would never be the same without you, it takes time to see the stars at night. And you are a star. Keep shining, knowing that someone is seeing you sparkle. I am the survivor of physical and emotional abuse (but back then it wasn’t called that. It was called “knocking some sense into you”). So SHINE. You are a STAR. You COUNT. You have WORTH (far more than maybe you can see right now). You are a PRECIOUS, and NECESSARY part of this world. And out there among 7 billion inhabitants of this planet, is at least one person who needs YOU and waiting or searching for YOU. Thats why it’s called the YOUniverse.

I watched this right after losing myself and hurting myself after going a few months without major issues. this helped give me a good cry I didn't even know I needed since it shows exactly what I've needed. I've needed and never had someone I can talk to without being hounded with questions, judged, rushed, blamed, dismissed, or called overdramatic and lucky. this is what I've needed to hear and know that someone out there understands and has it worse than me, while I want to help anyone who needs it, the ones in this band are doing god's work and the work I can't right now. thank you. really, thank you.

They were literally my only hope left. And now I don't know what to do. I feel so misunderstood, I feel helpless and no one in my Family understands. What I'm feeling. Citizen Soldier have done it again. This song feels VERY special though because "This is your Sign" has been said a lot here in this wonderful community. I commented on early songs when i was pretty depressed. Those songs got me out of it and i'm sure if it wasn't for those songs, this one would've pulled me out. I felt ashamed for what i commented and deleted those comments back then, i wish i wouldnt have done that, to show people they're not alone. For me, life is pretty decent now but to anyone still fighting: Keep up the good fight, you've came from so far. Dont give up, you are close to the escape. I know it! I and everyone here believe in you. Tomorrow is another day, another Chance. Take it and show your problems who the real Boss is inside your Head! Take those spirits and drown em' in Gasoline! Put on Songs like Soldier or Hope it haunts you and turn that Sadness into Adrenaline, into pure Energy for a Change. You can do it! THIS IS YOUR SIGN!

This song in particular speaks volumes cause I feel y'all and all the ones here have been there weather staring down the barrel has felt this and or if you're still feeling this way know you're not alone there are others that are dealing with the same thing and will understand it! The ones that don't understand will never understand the actual pains and thoughts you or me or any of us truly feel! Just remember your story will never end and life is beautiful speak out for help just never think no one will get you.. ; that one little mark means more to us that struggle or have struggled with it than many will, those that don't or have never lived with this won't get it and probably would've not been strong like us

I love every message. I have been spiraling down these thoughts again with no control lately. It’s cyclical honestly. And somehow the alert for this song had perfect timing. It’s been so long since I felt a band truly understood but all of your music is exactly it. It’s that confirmation that even when no one else in my life truly knows what it’s like to be drowned out by your own thoughts, there are still those who do. Thank you. I have a friend I've known for almost 10 years now. He struggles a lot with suicidal thoughts and mental health. We're "internet friends". Never met in real life. But he's like a little brother to me. The first time we talked, voice to voice, he was having a panic attack and breaking down about his life never getting better and he kept saying he couldn't do it anymore and I called him on discord and we talked for hours. He's better now, years later, but I know he still struggles and that dying isn't something he's afraid of. So I have this song saved, ready to send to him if he ever gets that low again, because music is incredably important to him, and I'm hoping the combined message of this song and me reaching out will help if it ever comes to it. So thank you, for making music like this

Everything, every song has lead up to this finale. Reoccurring themes and hints like being black and blue, waiting on something, and even mentioning the album name and its logo in songs have all been leading us up to the grand finale of this amazing album. This is a moment in life I will never forget. Thank you for everything you've given us all Citizen Soldier. Love you guys! 💙

When I first found you on KZbin, I was in the darkest place of my life. Every song I have listened to has touched me on one level or another. I am in a much better place now and have finally found a support system I never thought I would have. Thank you for your genius lyrics that express what so many of us struggle to find. Your songs have helped me in ways I cannot express. Thank you doesn't seem to be enough.

Just shared with my own message to my loved ones. As a former soldier, I have my own demons to deal with but I can understand the pressure that people are having to face on a daily basis, but they are not alone. Some of these songs get to me and I think about what kept me going during the war. I was motivated to keep going no matter what happened. Thank you for caring in this dark world we live in. May that light keep shining bright for those struggling and never surrender. Peace and God Bless.

So, I need to be honest. The day this song dropped, I'd been self harming and was about to give in. I opened this app, and saw the new song, and listened. I broke. I just cried. Your music has saved more than I'd like to admit, so, thank you.

Ahhhh... What a freaking amazing song. Thank you guys for being here with me. Thank you Citizen Soldier for helping and SAVING people. Thank You Citizen Soldier for saving my life. I've waited for so many years for someone who can understand me and then in 2020 I found you guys. Right now I´m climbing out a dark hole where I was stuck for almost my whole life (More like from childhood to last year, 13 years long). Finally I can feel and show emotions and to feel happy and alive. I can finally looking foreward and have dreams / goals for the future. But it was hell the last decade. It really felt like that nobody understood me. That I was alone, even with lovely people around me. Even now I can´t remember anything from my early years (0-9) and the years (10-23) felt like I was in Hell. Covid brought me back to a state of (my 2e big) depression period and I was mentally, physically and emotionally alone in a really small room. I was ready to leave this world. Because after so freaking many years I couldn't believe anymore that I would be ever again happy. I couldn´t cry, I didn´t feel free, I almost lost the hope that I could be saved. I thought: "I don't belong here anymore, life can go on without me. I'm not that important, my life is worthless." But then, during the last months of 2020, during the darkest days of my depression, I found an amazing song. A Song that made me cry for the first time. A song who let me feel that someone understood me. A song that broke my "fake smile mask" for the first time. It was your song: "Would Anyone Care". This song really saved my life. This song really touched my soul. This was the song I really needed. It felt like this song understood me, that there is finally someone who is there for me and the best part is: The ending of this song gave me hope, hope that I almost fully lost. This song gave me the strength to change my life. Strength to ask for one more time HELP to the right people who can help me. It's now 28-04-2022 and thanks to therapy, thanks to a new place to live, thanks to the right people around me and thanks for your music that I'm recovering and giving me the strength to climb out of the dark hole I was living in for a freaking long time. Your lyrics are the best I've ever seen. I listened to so many songs, but none of them reached my soul. But you guys did that to me, you have reached my soul and saved me. "If you're standing on the edge and you hear this song play" is a callback for me to "Would Anyone Care". "There is a reason that you hearing this and you're not dead yet" Yes, thanks to you guys (And some other aspects, but you guys did have an amazing part for it) "If you're wishing you were dead and hear my voice: "This is fate"" Cause this is meant for you yeah, every single word"". Thank you so very much for those words. I can really feel that you truly mean the lyrics, in all of your songs. Thank you Citizen Soldier for helping people. Thank you anybody for reading this. I love you all very much, stay stong and listen to Citizen Soldier.❤

Yeah, language is a barrier. That's why people don't understand. If you disagree with me, Try showing this song to fake people, they'll start relating to themselves. They are the victims in their fake reality...

I came across your music today. And I have to say I wish I found it before December 14th 2022. Instead I found my baby boy (15). I posted this song bc now our fight is for others like him. You are my new favorite band bc in the hell we now live in, you have given me more strength to help keep others stories going.

@@darky2110 you're so good ☺️. Yes, I liked that. I felt good after you wrote that I'm amazing too. People like you are rare, not everybody can call a stranger amazing. Actually nowadays people don't even talk if we do not do them any type of gain, (judging won't fix things by the way 🤣) So yeah, I like your approach and I wish I had some superpowers to send you some angels who would help you whenever you needed it. Be like this, always! Be yourself and keep expressing yourself. And most importantly love yourself when nobody does. I hope you understand this.
