Having some old judo tatami available, I just lay down 1 tatami flat on the floor at the base of the wall, place one end of the olympic barbell against the edge of the tatami, and that's all. It just stays there, no damages. Also, I like to execute the T Bar Row using a rope under the barbell instead of bare handed. It allows you to widen the hand position at the end of the movement and it really torches the deltoids as well.

What you're calling the "perpendicular row" is commonly known as the Meadows row, named after famed bodybuilder/ trainer John Meadows who passed away last year I believe.

I love that you did so many variations without a handlebar! I have an EZ bar and the ends are Olympic. I got a barbell bomb so that I could use my bar without setting it but sometimes I think I do need to get a floor post that connects to my squat rack. Let me know if you recommend any handlebars for other movements or if one can just do a lot of these movements without handlebars. I am recovering from carpal tunnel, so it’s OK if the grip is bigger for me besides instead of getting the handles that are much thinner.

In the end you mentioned the towel trick for using the landmine on a corner. I like to cut a tennis ball and put the end of the bar inside. Coop, from Garage Gym Reviews, has a video on gym hacks that he mentions it. I've been using it for a while and it works perfectly.
