Gray market has amazing deals for sure. At one point, I had an anxiety about the AD experience. Now, I only go to a few that I trust.

@@Trapvision3D I'm just cheap, lol. When choosing a well made watch, I trust the watch. I'd rather put the savings toward another purchase than pay for the AD warranty I'll never use. And, gray dealers have warranties as well, if ever needed. 👍

Most definitely. Citizen has been apart of my family for over five decades and has been proven its reliability. Aside from that heritage, today's Citizen is crazy affordable and stepped up aesthetically.

@@Trapvision3D I have some information that you might be interested in. As you may know, Citizen bought the Swiss watch company Frederique Constant six years ago and La Joux-Perret four years earlier. What is significant about these acquisitions is that both FC and L.J.P. make in house movements. Acquiring LJP also gave them Arnold and Sons and FC gave them Alpina. This means there can also be enhancements to Miyota movements as well and this likely positions Citizen Group to be Japan's answer to the Swatch Group. Citizen's upcoming releases and innovations with Miyota movements and a live releases are worth watching.

@@Trapvision3D Awesome! There are more interesting times ahead for the brand too. Citizen's acquistions of La Jou Peret and Frederique Constant will be very beneficial since both watches make their own movements. This means enhancements to the Miyota movements along with more high end watches. Citizen can essentially be Japan's answer to the Swatch Group.
