For the record: The "fullness" of the buff/debuff icons indicates duration. Intensity is represented by multiple icons. For example, the guard command that Brother uses gives you 2 helmets, which is a level 2 defense buff, and the helmets come in just under half full, lasting 2 turns. You'll also notice that the cooldown from multiple applications are independent, so you can stack the defense boost, giving him an intensity 4 buff for a turn before the previous one wears off.

This game was very fun, even though it has many glitches. I vaguely remember at one point I jumped chapters because I went where I was not supposed to be by accident, and then I remember that somehow broke the game. Still had a fun time with it overall.
