1. @21:53 - you are not going to use PVS TFTP ??? 2. @29:00 - did you run the Citrix Optimizer on this Windows 10 Image ???? 3. @29:47 - Why VHD over VHDX ??? 4. @36:47 - you want to boot from DVD but it's at the bottom of the list. Network, HDD, then DVD !!! 5. @37:28 - boot error with ARDBP32.bin file, file size is 0 bytes

He used Hard drive (boot iso) as boot file, not TFTP (network).. Thats why ardbp32.bin shows 0 bytes. Its not being used by TFTP. When he moved up DVD, he actually moved "network" to the end of the boot order, therefore, hit Hard Drive, which was second in line.
