Citroën C-Elysée WTCC 2014 Sound - Launch Control, Accelerations & Fly Bys

This video is about the new Citroen C-Elysée race car which will race in the 2014 WTCC (World Touring Car Championship) and it will be driven by Sebastien Loeb and Yvan Muller. A few days ago Citroen was at Monza Circuit (Italy) for a 3 days test with 2 C-Elysée (the drivers presented at the test were Sebastien Loeb and Robert Kubica). The car is moved by a 1.6 liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine which is able to produce a power of around 380 hp at 6000 rpm and a max torque of 400 Nm at 4500 rpm.

Its supposed to be camouflaged. The car is technically still a prototype, so the public in not yet supposed to see the final car.

Yes, new regulations of FIA. More power (about 380hp), less weight (was 1150kg, new 1100kg), bigger wheels (was 17", new 18"), flat floor, bigger front splitter, higher rear wing, 100mm wider body (1950mm). So it should be faster :)
