I got the exact same key fob for my aygo, 3 Key cutting shops I tried couldn't do it. I was about to give up then some man on the market just got on and done it, great upgrade and yeah I just bluetacked the transponder chip and its all g

My Pug Partner has a three button flip as standard that is well past it's best and held together with tiny nuts and bolts. I have lost count of the pounds I have spent on eBay cases to replace it that simply will not work. Can never get the buttons to work. And since the main stealer want almost £400 for a "genuine" key it looks like I will be living with it. lol Top work anyhoo dude. I'm impressed you got it to work. 👍

The original key blade won’t fit this case as they are very different designs. And thanks, occasionally I hire a driver to chauffeur me around in comfort and style 😎

Just make sure you don’t lose the transponder chip, and maybe put a bit of blutack on it to stop it rattling about

Sweet, make sure it’s clipped together all the way round. The last corner near the blade can take a lot of pressure to click it in all the way

I have the same key conversion. Did it myself. Stuck the chip with a bit of hot glue so it won't go anywhere . What's with the painted nail? Did you lost a bet ?

Yea I should have used a bit of blutac or something lol. It’s gone now anyway, the mrs wasn’t fond of it so we can look forward to yet another key video on the channel in the next few weeks! 🤣 The nail, well I paint the mrs’s nails for her sometimes and when I do them I traditionally paint one of my own to match 😂

Is there any way to upgrade the standard manual lock to electric central locking? If not does any one know how I can make my passenger door on my c1 lock when I lock the drivers? I have to go around and lock the passenger side after doing the drivers. Thanks.

Would need all the hardware installing for that to work, cheapest way would probably be an eBay aftermarket central locking kit, or just lean across and push the doofer down to lock it before you get out the car 🤣

@@garyphilpot7338 not really. The lock that holds the key out isn’t the strongest but that’s exaggerated by 100kg of keys hanging off it, and the transponder is rattling about a bit but not causing any issues. A but if blutack would sort that though

This is the high speed low drag coefficient variant, like a McLaren Speedtail. I’ve fitted a spoiler to the blue one which makes it ≥ the McLaren Senna, has a bit more drag but that’s the trade off when a car is developed for handing and high G unit force when cornering.
