You have my respect for managing how to do today's gymnastics while working on engines, I spent 40 mins trying to get a steering gaiter on, almost there only to pop off at the last minute, almost gave up, gave one last push and it popped on. I swear they look at an engine and decide how far they can hide things, it's like 'we are going to sting them for 300 pounds, let's hide the sensor round here to make it worthwhile' well played, I salute you.

O'riley Is an honest saviour from providing honest information and provide anybody to have the information to rectify the issue in each car themselves 👏👏 Even I has fixed a car that was due to be scrapped only to be fixed by the information from the orileys channel, On the only one channel that provided the remedy, no where else managed to provide the information to rectify the issue, If that didn't happen the car would of been in the scrapyard already. Honest mechanic 👏👏

One of my favourite channels now pal because of the content you're putting up. I always take a little bit of info for when I'm diagnosing vehicles. Thanks and keep em coming. I remember changing on of those and a low pressure fuel sensor. Think it was bolted to block and ended up dropping subframe to get em both out. A good hour and a half work I think

Working blind... Brings back memories.. Didn't think getting the Dpf done was optional considering the implications it may have for the engine

I have same fault for P0192 on a Pug 207 HDi, its happened in the past after a gearbox change and I think the plug or wires to the regulator got snagged or disturbed, I reseated it and its has been fine for a couple of years until the last few days and a recent starter motor change which has unsettled wiring etc once again. Car keeps cutting out and refusing to start, clearing the codes is ok for a few mins, its been a stressful 5 mile trip home this afternoon but made it. Got battery and bracket off, will get more off tomorrow, will need a deep 27mm and I might just buy a new sensor and hope for the best. I think last time I removed fuel filter and its bracket and I think I could just about see the plug on the regulator.

Hi Jimmy, quick couple questions. Will the pressure differential be higher if the dpf is almost full enough for a regen? Should I wait until the regen is complete before checking the pressure. It's currently at 77% and at idle is showing 26hPa. (oil Ash is at 48g/60% if that makes a difference). If the car has the egr cooler and you put the fluid in to clean them both, How does it clean out the egr cooler without making it's way to the engine or does it just clean the face of the cooler? Thanks. Great videos. I'm only in Oxfordshire so may head your way for a clean rather than replacing things.

Another amazing video thank you. So was the sensor stopping the fuel pump?

we use an old wing mirror glass attached to an old flexi magnet stalk, not fancy but makes life a bit easier and you dont have to be a jedi to find a bolt hole at the back of a head ....

Hi got the same engine on the 3008 having same prob , when u change the fuel rail sensor do you need to depresurise the fuel system ,or just take sensor off and replace as you have in video.ta andy

I have the same engine when cold it crank and star after few seconds and works fine until i stop and try to start when hot it doesn’t start . Only if i push or use spray. I saw when i crank is not enough pressure in the rail. No errors on tester. Can this fix the problem?
