Brilliant work! I just did the same. But I saw that you put in a GT2556V from E39 530d 193 hp instead of GT2052V from E39 525d 163 hp. Without software change, you loose a lot of power in low revs from 1500 till ~ 2500 rpm, especially with automatic gearbox. I once did the same conversion - 2.5 DTI with GT2556V - and had to completely rewrite the VTG and other boost maps to make the turbocharger run ok on that 2.5 DTI.
