Sorry dear, but you need so much more butter. Beyond that, I’m not gonna get into it bc I’m tired. But if you think you’re using enough butter to baste, then add another 2 tbs, and you’ll be closer to the true amount.

Many thanks for your reply.yes when I was chef, I do use lots of butter and I know lots people love butter..but I try use less butter for home cooking balance the flavor,healthy and the cost bit of.
