This song came out the same week my dad unexpectedly passed away in January. Everytime I hear it it reminds me of him, almost like a bittersweet way of remembering him and trying to cope with the negative emotions that came up with his sudden passing. Bless you Dallas Green. ❤

I just sent Matt a message on Instagram congratulating him on the release, how I think he’s so talented and more and he replied thanking me so genuinely 🥰🥹 he also shared a bunch of my photos from their Sydney shows. Such a down to earth guy. I’m such a fan.

Yeah agreed..and that bass track on this song is so bad ass..as a base player i tried to learn it and found how cool it was and it really drives the song along with the drummer... they really need more exposure...i tried searching for them as artist and found very little ...

Mind-blowing! Proud to be a Canadian. To do that live on acoustic guitars is a daunting task and you guys nailed it, especially your vocals. Thank you for your music. God bless.

If you think it won't sound like this when they're live, you absolutely must go, it is amazing. I went so many years ago and saw them live and it was the best show I've ever been to, the venue had heavy velvet curtains that hung on the walls and they would move them according to the band and sound type.

Dal, you are incredible. this is my favourite song right now. this performance just goes to show how raw the album is, because that sounded just as great as the album. I know you just write songs, but dude, you're really super good at it. your lyrics always seem to be relevant in my life. so much of your music has a very profound, deep meaning to me, at different times in my life. I can hear one of those songs and instantly remember, and feel the moment that resonated with me. I haven't stopped listening to your music, since I first discovered you in back in ~'08. ** there is a version of Waiting... on ▶️ by XM radio, and it is my all time favourite of that song, and has made me bawl my head off many times. I'm also a huge fan of Runaway, and Friends off the live album.

Love this song so much. This acoustic version really hit me especially hard today. My partner and I got engaged yesterday, and the line "I don't want to be running until I'm underground" is where I am right now. I am finally feeling at a point where I can stop and enjoy every part of life.
