This is such an angst ridden song. It's beautiful in it's own right but man, it's incredible to reflect on what 12 years or so has done for Dallas' voice. He's grown into such a flawless artist. It's almost inhuman how beautiful his voice is.

Its pretty amazing if u think about it cause he only changed the lyrics and a little in the melody... but is still a complete different song when u get into it

Haha... as a singer/songwriter i do the same thing, but yeh this is what sidewalk was based off of basically. There's nothing wrong with it, it's not lazy, it's just when you've got a riff/melody you love sometimes you end up using it more than once. But he never released this apart from the EP he gave to a few a friends that then got leaked onto the internet, Sidewalks could have simply been a re-write of the song if he didn't like the lyrics etc, which again is what i do myself sometimes. x
