CITY ATTORNEY DOESN'T KNOW THE LAW. "CALL CHIEF JURIGA". North Miami Police. Florida.

This was on Thursday March 31st 2022, at approximately 1054, at the North Miami city hall, in Miami Florida. I was there with open government investigations, meeting Solo Yaker AKA The Armed Fisherman to do public records requests. OGI and myself got there before Solo Yaker, So we decided to go do our records request before he got there. OGI made his way upstairs while I use the restroom. When I came out solo was at the information desk and I've tried to go onto the elevator to make my way to the 3rd floor, where the public records department is. I was stopped by security and told I had to give my information at the front desk in order to go upstairs. Soon after hour back-and-forth I saw the vice mayor pull up out front, So I decided to ask him about their policy of not letting people go upstairs without identifying. As he started to help me with the situation he was cut off rudely by the city attorney.
This rude and unprofessional behavior continue to happen as our interaction continued. He told me that this policy was for the safety of the government building and they were legally able to do so. I then asked him for the policy and/or any statutes that backed his claims that they could cut off access to publicly accessible areas to the public for not identifying. After about 15 or 20 minutes he came downstairs, telling me that even though he was about to give me was not public record he "researched" that information for me. Dad alone told me they had no actual policy in place and all the documentation he gave me had nothing to do with government buildings and cutting off access to the public. Actually you are the one that is CLUELESS concerning a public building, and what the courts have ruled, numerous times, up to and including the United States Supreme Court. Governmentally owned buildings, generally are considered LIMITED and NON public Forums under the forum analysis as outlined by the United States Supreme Court. What I witnessed in this video is numerous folks whom was in agreement that they had the right to violate first, second, and fourth amendment Rights, and other Constitutional Rights! Further more those violation were premeditated and deliberate! These folks were willing to violate your rights, in order that they may feel safe!
