City of Celje / Slovenija - my own town

I've been planing this video for a long time but it seems impossible to do that because of the many people visiting the banks of the river Savinja and the city park beside it. There are limitations for drone flying and flying over the people is a major one.
Now the corona crisis makes it possible as it drastically reduces the number of visitors to the area. It becomes easy to avoid drone flying over them and here is what I did.
