Residency restrictions for those who are not on parole or probation are facially unconstitutional. If the offender has not been declared as a danger to public safety, how can one rationally claim they are a danger and preclude them from housing opportunities?

The “laws “ that legislature have made are repugnant to the constitution.Florida also even goes as far as to continue to punch someone for a crime that was decided in another state . A person who completed their punishment in another state and moved to Florida after all is completed should not be “retried and punished “ and that is what is still occurring . If someone Completed a sentence and registration requirements in the state in which their case was completed they should not be subjected to punishment again in a different state .

The fact that they can legally prevent anyone, from living within a city, just shows it's about punishment. How does an ordinance of any size, prevent anything? It doesn't, unless people abide by it. All it really does is, force people away.

The suit shouldn't be brought up as discrimination. It needs to be brought up as banishment, and this video as proof. Counsleman blatantly states that he wants all PFRs gone, and doesn't want any to move in. Along with getting the police to harass those that are still there

I love to share these videos to show how much they lie and violate laws… I want the people to see it first hand and these videos are great evidence.
