Yeah I just think because it was a game that got delayed so hard during Covid that game really wasn't the SNK wanted to make. Going from team dlc to single entry dlc seemed like a big flag they wanted to work on COTW way more

the character on the promo poster is ed palmer billy's replacement there were 12 characters in motw my prediction of the character select screen will be half will be fatal fury characters and half will be gmotw characters

The one thing that sucks about CotW being in the future is I just want Touji but I can't because it's the future and he was already an old man when the FF timeline started with Terry. I hate that he's stuck in a janky game like Wild Ambition because he would look so badass in a modern FF Also nice catch with the white pixels on that MotW2 image

Thanks for the episode. Assuming Olaf's stipulations Alfred, Rick, Yama, Mary. Considering MOTW was supposed to be successors I'd like the following characters represented even if only in the form of a student or child; Cheng, Duck, Franco, Sokaku. Terry's TOP attack in MOTW had him do a shoulder charge into power dunk on hit. Terry's Rev Blow seems to be the same with the exception of when it causes crumple. Marco's trailer raises a few questions for me; Can you Rev Accel Rev fireballs on whiff or do they need to connect (potentially safe approach with Rev slide counter move)? How long does guard point last on Rev Blow (is it a multi-hit AA you can combo off of, or just a combo tool)? Can Marco's Rev Blow cause crumple, if so how? Regarding OTG in COTW, the sweep Terry does for the double sweep combo is a whiff punish, later in the video (I believe first hit after hidden gear super) is a counter hit sweep, which has a standard KD. This suggests a parallel to SF6's punish counter properties.

Im completely new to fighting games let alone fatal fury, but i watched all 3 FF movies and never saw Rock howard or Tizoc

Garou: Mark Of The Wolves takes place in the future timeline. All of the FF Movies are in the main Fatal Fury timeline. That's why in Garou, Terry rocks a different jacket and hairstyle, and Rock has had the chance to grow up into a teenager.
