Its a Wa named raid boss ability timeline

It is a WeakAura called "Raid Ability Timeline", that needs BigWigs or DBM addon to work. The WA replaces the timer bars from those addons with the timeline

That is OmniCD addon, not weakaura. Interrupts is in `Dungeon`->`Extra Bars` section

@@anneu3068 getting a kick with rebuke or avenger's shield gives you an extra blessed hammer, which extends shake the heavens (see talent below rebuke in class tree)
