Malaysians always like spicy condiments to complement their everyday meals. Let's make this simple Nyonya Sauce. It's spicy, sour & salty with tinge of torch ginger & lemongrass taste.
Besides serve as dipping sauce, you can use this to stir fry or to steam seafood.

Hi. 你好，收冰箱1-2个礼拜没问题。只是邮寄就不建议。因为邮寄有时候是2-3天放在车内，温度不定，而且没有防腐剂。
