She’s clueless. Baking soda doesn’t have virus fighting capabilities. It’s a weak base. Partially neutralized washing soda. Baking soda only deodorizes acidic odoriferous compounds, not bases. Vinegar isn’t a surfactant. It won’t dissolve grease and oil. Citric acid is a chelate. Softens water. Dissolves mineral scale. Lemon juice contains citric acid. You don’t need it and citric acid. Oh no!!! Essential oils emit toxic fumes containing harmful VOCs! To clean a toilet, pour in some chlorine bleach and close the lid. Chlorine bleach starts and ends with plain old salt. Kills pathogens.

Water is a natural substance and just as effective as all the natural cleaners. I'm tired of lemon juice and vinegar, etc, all this stuff is a waste of time and money. They work only under controlled studio conditions.
