How come you didn’t delete the balance shaft.. quicker spool a few extra ponies and a lot more reliable?

Rick did explain why in the video but the reason was for the sake of keeping it original while not needing to gain the extra power on this build as we feel we don't need to squeeze every extra bhp with the setup we have in mind.
