stupid question maybe........can some one who is mixing multiple amounts on the range the whole day, use an electric drill with a mixing paddle on it , or is that dangerous?

Definitely dangerous. Use a 12 mesh stainless mixing sieve, and go easy on it

I'm going to have to disagree with you about mixing in the jar. When particles of different sizes are jiggled together, they actually tend to separate into clumps of similarly sized particles rather than mix. The physics behind this effect is not fully understood, but it's a fact. You would be better off mixing it in the bag, then trying not to jiggle the jar.

+Oniontears123TNG This is exactly what I was thinking as well. Those jar jiggles are actually working against you and re-separating the mixture. It's like the box of mixed cereal, try blending it outside the box and then giving it jiggles in the box and you the mixture starting to separate immediately.
