I have tried it.... honestly I was suffering from neck pain...I realised after watching it ...my study posture was not well.....but now I dnt have back pain....srsy that's the trick...I can study now for hours and hours.....uske phle toh bht halat khraab thi...it takes lil effort but worth 💯💯💯

Hum logo ko school (so called production House) kabil nahi banaya jata hain..... Aaj CBSE ke student ko na to ache se hindi ati hain or nahi hi ache se English..... Jo bache study me ache nahi hai unke liye koi vikalp hi nahi hain..... By this we had lost million of Students who are good in different field except (study). And still we are lossing them. वे बच्चे अपनी जवानी फूंक रहे हैं। क्योंकि उनकी प्रतिभा पहचानी ही नहीं जाती है।
