Hi. Thank you for the useful video. About the selfweight in the dead load case. Is staad pro automaticly consider the slab selfweight when we assign the thickness property of 120mm? Thanks

Yes it will directly consider the dead load no need to calculate and no need to apply again

Shrabanji I really confused that why you add dead load,live load and floor load.we can apply floor load in dead load and live load within that.its really confusing.pl clarify and why you do not take load combination in your problem.pl do not confuse.

surface meshing can be used when the 4 node plate is not possible to assign

What are u assigning in floor live. Is it floor finish load.if yes than it should be treated as dl not floor live.
