wrong math calculation. A.g. result should be 168216.44

also in is-code 456 clause 39.3, it says that minimum eccentricity should not exceed 0.05D. If you choose D as 400mm, then 0.05D is equal 20.0 but your minimum eccentricity is 20.33 which is greater than 0.05D, so your analysis does not comply with clause 39.3 regret to say but do you want to clarify ?
