Sir your vedio was good but Iam a common man, I wasn't able to understand what you meant by hooks angle , is it the angle of stell rod used in the column where it reaches the top of the bed or mat. I also didn't understand the development length and where you were applying it.All the rest was crystal clear.

In the video from the construction of the ceiling, there were badly made stirrup bars (90 degrees) :-) Moreover, it seems that the bottom reinforcement does not need such a large overlap in the area of ​​the beam (perpendicular to the beam). If the cover is too large, the load-bearing capacity of the beam is reduced (a smaller arm of internal forces in the reinforcement).
