Yahan kuch general points hain: Delay Penalty Clause: Har government contract me delay penalty clause hota hai jo specify karta hai ki agar kaam time par complete na ho to kya penalty lagegi. Rate of Penalty: Generally, penalty ek fixed percentage hoti hai jo project ke total cost ka hota hai. Ye percentage 0.5% se 1.5% per week of delay ho sakta hai, but ye vary karta hai contract ke hisaab se. Maximum Penalty: Kuch contracts me maximum penalty limit hoti hai jo total project cost ka 10% ya 15% ho sakta hai. Justifications and Extensions: Agar delay valid reasons (jaise natural calamities, unforeseen circumstances) ke wajah se hai, to aap extension of time ke liye apply kar sakte hain. Approval ke baad penalty maaf ho sakti hai. Documentation: Sabhi delays aur reasons ko properly document karna zaroori hai taaki aap apne case ko justify kar sakein.
