As one of the most influential leaders in the history of North Africa, Ahmad al-Mansur had a pivotal impact on the future of Morocco. Serving as the sixth Sultan of the Saadi Dynasty during the 16th Century AD, Ahmad al-Mansur was known as a cunning diplomat who leveraged Morocco's strategic location to position his kingdom as a major player on the world's stage during the Renaissance.

@@jostraklahcen1676 No he didn't speak berber, he has letters in arabic language sent to Queen of England, so the language he was known to speak is Moroccan Arabic not berber ... Before becoming king, he was a prince in Tafilalet, before that he was a disciple in Zaouia, in Zaouia you don't speak anything but Arabic, because it's the language of the Quran. .... so your argument is false, and the game developpers did a good job.

Ahmad al-Mansur was the King and Sultan of Morocco of Saadi from 1578 to his death in 1603, the sixth and most famous of all rulers of the Moroccans Kings Saadis dynasty. He was known to the West as the Great Golden because of his control over the supplies and mines of gold, silver, copper and salt in Morocco and over Africa. and is credited with the resurgence and rise of Morocco as a great power in Africa and Europe through his support of the Morocco. During his reign, Morocco became the most powerful military base in Africa and Europe by waging a war and revolution against the Ottoman Empire led by Sultan Murad III in 1582 and defeating them in the war and restoring independence and sovereignty to Morocco. His reign also saw the empire's expanding influence on the eastern coast of Africa and waging a war against the Songhai Empire and Mali Empire defeating it in the war and controlling Mali and the capital Gao and Timbuktu and founded Pashalik of Timbuktu and supporting Morocco the militarily and politically

I wrote this 7 years ago. Since then I learned much more. I was relying on oral tradition but he appeared to be 100% Moroccan from text I read. The Fula migrated into Morocco in the 5th century so it would have been totally feasible that his mother could have be a Fulani. Abu Bakr, another Moroccon had a Fulani wife that would eventually become the founder of the Wolof empire, but this is oral tradition, though.
