Excellent content! I am a contractor in Tamilnadu, and i provide a detailed estimate before starting, plus HIDDEN COSTS..from approval ...right upto grahapravesh expenses. Many potential clients see the total cost and don't give the work. They come back to me after they have been cheated by LOW RATE contractor who won't tell about HIDDEN COSTS..and run away after taking 90 percentage of the cost. Those who accept my full estimate continue to give works for more that 20 years...once burnt twice shy!

best is to ask them the material required and it's quantity and purchase on your own after doing ur research. and keep checking you tube videos and the status of construction at same time. by this you are buying best quality material, and also you will be confident abt the strength of your home. I did the same. just completed my home last month. all the requirements of quality and strength matches for my case what the youtube videos suggested for best practices in construction. keep observing and learning and keep documenting the status. life would be so much easy😊❤

सर, मेरा दिल्ली में घर बन रहा है. कांट्रेक्टर ने ग्राउंड फ्लोर में लटक बीम दिए हैं पर कहने के बावजूद भी फर्स्ट फ्लोर में लटक बीम नहीं दिए हैं. क्या बाकी के बचे तीन फ्लोरों में लटक बीम देना उचित होगा. कांट्रेक्टर का कहना है कि लटक बीम से फाल्स सीलिंग में दिक्क़त आएगी. कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें.
