Best laid plans. Messes. Sketches. Salmon. Sendy.
Read more about it here: www.benbanters...
Buy it here: www.knafs.com/...
Or pick your favorite Civivi dealer. Available 'erywhere.
I should probably include some timecodes here for specific spots in the video. I didn't get to that in life. Oh well.
By the way, I left a knife in Hood River, Oregon and in Cedar City, Utah. Go treasure hunting! Coordinates in the video.

I bought a Baby banter, then a Banter, then I lost the Baby and bought another one. Then i bought the Big banter. The Lander 1 Then the Baby Wharncliffe. Then I started watching your channel here and subscribed a few months back. Then TODAY, after I watched this video and went to check out the Sendy model, realized who you were (Banter) Ahahhahahhaahah! I think my brain exploded, I can be sooo slow sometimes. Look, for realz. I LOVE your designs, they are snappy, perfect carries, and they WORK. I just want to say, as a multi-purchaser, and a fan, Thank you. I am going to follow you on your adventure journeys and your are inspiring me to create my own. Kudos Sir.

THIS. I love your other content for sure…but this reminisces back to your blade steel video with that “HQ” place of going out and just adventuring outdoors. I can’t imagine running a side-hustle-gone-full-time leaves a lot of room for video content so thank you for this fun little video adventure. And yeah, I’ve been waiting for this knife since it got teased in some civivi video from some blade show a while back. Shipped today. “Snows too soft, another day another beer”

I’m glad you can appreciate the lack of time for this stuff. I almost didn’t go. Credit goes to Josh for encouraging me to do it and volunteering to make sure I didn’t make die. And huge credit to Athena for keeping the world running while I’m constantly running. It always takes a team.

Haha, I don’t have nearly as many kids as you nor do I run my own company so yeah, props to you and your wife! And You for sure are differentiating yourself in this saturated market with how you use story and meaningful interaction. Obviously I’m a fan! Hopefully not too creepy though lol. Again, can’t wait for the blade to arrive. Cheers!

I'm a foreman in a machine shop and get little pieces of metal in my hands all the time. I'd been looking for a GOOD quality knife with tweezers in it for a while. While looking through KZbin several months back, I came across this video and seen instantly that I had to have one! The knife is amazing! And holds an edge very well for what I put it through! The tweezers actually work very well and the metal pick amazingly works great for digging the metal out of my hands! I just wanted to let you know how satisfied i am with the sendy and the great quality of this knife!

Ha! 2010 was a great year. Great question. Every lock type has tradeoffs. Liner locks allow for a pretty slim design overall. Many people enjoy them, and they work really well with flippers. But you're right: you do have to put your finger in the blade path. Some people enjoy the dangerrrrrr!

@benbanters 7 күн бұрын
I can see what you're saying. But also, the handle of the Sendy is a classic Barlow shape. It's very common, so you'll see the overall shape on Justin Lundquist's Feist, Vosteed's Corgi and thousands of other designs. The Vosteed that seems closest to my designs is the Raccoon Cub (released 2023). It's uncannily close to the Baby Banter (released 2021). So... you tell me.
