CIW Summer in Winter Challenge - Eggs Benny with Salmon & Waffles

We need a mental health day today, so I made my mom and I a leisurely breakfast, like we do at Camp Nana in the summertime. On the menu were bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus, salmon, eggs, Belgium waffles, and Hollandaise sauce.
