CJ Gardner-Johnson emotional as he returns to Lions practice: 'More dark days than good days'

CJ Gardner-Johnson expressed how emotional he was in returning to Lions practice. He tore his pectoral muscle in Week 2.
"I had more dark days than good days," he said. Doctors initially told him he'd miss six months. He's back practicing in three months.

Dude has been healthy all year… he was brought here to Detroit for one purpose only and that’s to be the voice of a team that needs it, and to be ready for the playoffs!!! And he will be ready come playoffs fresh af and he will have the boys fired up! Gators and lions guy so I know a lot about cj but I know the real
