I think it’s such a weird artistic choice that most of these ultimates focus more on the characters performing the move instead of the enemy resisting/getting absolutely bodied. The camera literally only tracks the user performing the Ult and leads the shots looking novice at best. Goku End Super Spirit Bomb was done perfectly in Raging Blast 2 as we saw both Goku and the opponent struggle a bit. Here, we see Goku launch it, and then immediately turns Super Saiyan without struggling. Like okay show off 😂😂 That’s just an example but yeah, I wanna see my character bodying the others

For me personally,Imperfect Cell's Life Absorption ultimate and Turles Meteor Smash are my favorites. Imperfect Cell's really captures the unsettling nature of the Tail Absorption your life and energy,and with Turles all they needed to do was keep the head stomp from Budokai Tenkaichi 3 but the line "Victory is Mine" right before he absolutely nukes them with an energy blast to the face is so awesome A few others i like are Golden Frieza and Metal Coolers,and Dr Gero is nice

I'll try to help, first Yamcha is a loser in the opinions of the fans but if you think about it he is a cool guy, Videl is a regular human she just learned how to use ki thanks to Gohan, Super Vegeta is when Vegeta uses a stronger but slower version of Super Saiyan, also know as second grade Super Saiyan or dai ni dankai, Super Saiyan Vegeta is just Vegeta as a normal Super Saiyan, for ego reasons he calls himself Super Vegeta in both transformations, and finally, the difference between Cell (perfect) and Perfect Cell is that Cell (perfect) is Cell when he finally absorbs 18, while Perfect Cell is after he kills Goku by self destructing and coming back with a Zenkai, giving him more power, the only reason for the name change is to not have 2 Perfect Cells in the game
