Amazing location. Would love to know more about the engineering of this property. How did they build it? How did they get materials and equipment in and out? How do they get gas, water and electrics there? How did they build that amazing boardwalk? Is it closer to a built up area than it seems? Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for watching! So they acquired the land 38 years ago and opened the doors 28 years ago. Next to our treehouse there was a big winch and pulley system so I suspect a lot of materials travelled across the lake. The property is less than 10 minutes from the mountain town of Montville and so has access to normal utility suppliers. Incredible story and you can visit to try and meet up with George and ask him some questions I’m sure he’d love to tell you!
