I think part of being a good manager is knowing when it is a players time to move on. Fergie was good at it for example, removing Keane whom alot may argue was undroppable, but he as a manager communicated to his squad by removing a guy like keane that no one is bigger than the club. Clement can win back (or appease) a large section of the support by making a simply obvious decision by removing Tav whom simply is not peforming, and rewarding guys like Sterling and Kasanwirjo who are ready. It could drastically change the dynamic, chemistry and confidence of the team.

The difference when Sterling came on at Right back and Danilo upfront was night and day to who they replaced. BUT, I still get the feeling that it is going to take something catastrophic for Clement to drop Tavernier and Dessers permanently. I can just see their names on the team sheet, come an hour pre kickoff. If Clement can't make these changes for the good of the team, then it'll be too late whenever he does figure it out.
