Will it match the light on the radio and CD player or will those have to be changed out as well ? Do we have a choice on blue or green ?

These Diode Dynamics bulbs come in white and green, not blue. The ones he installed here are white (see description). If you have a real cobra instrument cluster you want the white bulbs as listed here because the cluster has a blue film under the white faces. That same blue film is in the AC controls and radio (in a real Cobra) so to answer your question they will match although the ones in the AC and radio will be incandescent bulbs and will likely not be as vibrant as the leds. The green bulbs are for GTs and V6 clusters and will match GT and V6 AC and radios.

You will have to change the bulbs on the other accessories as well to match, white LED's will give the same blue light output, you could remove the blue film but honestly it looks good as is.

When i did this, now my speedo doesnt work (everything else does, including odo) and the lights for the rpm, speedo, coolant temp and fuel dont work. Any ideas?

My fuse blew when I tried to install these exact led’s

That means you have a short in the circuit, most likely in the cluster itself. If you didn't unplug the cluster before installing you could have blew the fuse that way.
