Awesome my friend. They are great and as you say, they could be placed very high on the glass to minimize the eye sore without compromising the flow. I brought two 350 for my upgrade it's 5 feet long, so I got plenty of flow for down the road. Looking forward for more updates and tips.

Dude you take the right steps and get the right equipment. Thing is you get too many fish for your tank and dont let it takes it own path, constantly changing things until you get issues and things die. You make it seem this hobby is more work than it really is

True test.. set pumps on a pulse mode, start recording video and put the phone on the glass of the tank. Play it back and see if it plays an vibrations! PS... leave my kids out of it! They love magnets!

EngineeringAquariums not sure on that one it’s designed to handle all Maxspect devices at once. I’d suspect 4 or more

Hey bro I have the same tank but in all white. I have one mp10 now and it seems to be doing fine. I personally didn't want to swap out the filter socks and didn't want to deal with the maintenance of cleaning them after I pulled them out. I actually bought some Red Sea 4in filter cups one for each side and filled them with some filter floss/purigen media bags and it gets rid of the sound, it will sound like when you turned everything off and you showed us just the pumps running.

caldera7emanuel any issues with the mp10’s holding on the 10mm glass? I know they’re rated for 9.5mm, and it’s pretty close... all of my searches have been inconclusive with some people saying they don’t hold well, and some saying they have no issues and they run great on 10mm glass... how are they working for you?

That’s a lot of flow they are big enough for 200 gal aquarium you really should look into the 130’s (save the corals mannn) lol

You should get the seneye reef monitor to help monitor your cycle and when you start adding corals the par meter will help you find a good place to put them. BRS compared it to there 4000$ one and it was only like 1 number off. For 200$ it seems like a good investment.

This video has me strongly considering the Gyre XF330 for my standard 75 gallon build, but I have a question. Do I need to buy 2x gyre pump kits or do I buy 1x pump kit and 1x pump? Thanks CJ!

1 pump kit and 1 pump is all you need if you decide to use two. you may want to consider the 350 and size up for extra power

Came back to you tube because you were back good vid and the 330 just right for the tank just dnt put the 100% on them corals inless you want to ster up youre bottom every once in while i do 3 weak clean up on mine tooth brush just like polishing my rims but you got to love the no noise reduction on this they did perfect it in my opinion

3g ,4g, and 5G are not the same technology as 2.4ghz and 5ghz. The g in 5G stands for 5th generation which is the technology phones use and satellite internet uses. 2.4ghz and 5ghz are frequencies of radio signals routers use to get internet through devices. 2.4ghz or 5ghz will only matter if you have dual band router. ( a router that puts out both signals ) 2.4ghz goes longer distances and through walls better. 5ghz goes a shorter distance but is faster. My tank is in the same room as my router so 5ghz is the better connection to use.

This controller is garbage ! Can’t connect to nothing what a waste of money. The Gyros by themselves work great but I would love to use my cell to see what settings I’m adjusting
