Raw video of Tuesday's Clackamas County board of commissioners meeting where commissioner Mark Shull was stripped of his liaison duties, meaning he cannot represent the board at public appearances or events.
The decision came after Shull doubled down on his comparison of vaccine passports to Jim Crow laws during the meeting, as the board discussed a ban on vaccine passports. Shull says Oregon's requirement that businesses check a person's vaccine status at the door before letting them take off their mask inside strips citizens of their civil liberties.

Shull has dealt with controversy in the past. Earlier this year, a constituent dug up several racist and Islamophobic posts on his Facebook page. The entire board called for him to resign, but he refused.
