My man. Love your channel. We dont see lead work in states to the degree in Isles. Even tile and slate roofs. Nice skill set. Im an old guy and used to be an underground cable splicer. All our encloures were lead sleeves. We beat the ends in with a dresser to cable size. Then pot wiped. Still have a wood dresser from years gone. Thank you for the great content. Hi, thank you. I use grade a building paper as this is what’s recommended by the LSA. Also breathable felt apparently sweats when it’s used as underlay for lead.

What is the reason for the paper?

It’s protects the underside of the lead from alkalis in concrete, stone and sceed. And reduces corrosive attack when laying lead on ply and oak.

I'm surprised you haven't done that little flat roof in lead why you have the scaffolding up
