They didn't have the time to include new voice lines in Black Pearl Cookie's 3rd legendary costume. Devsisters should definitely have the legendary costume choice chest available for like the end of the year or for the anniversary update

Not even, eff free the rainbow cubes man, the legendary costume is epitome of greediness. It hasn't even been that long since Wind archer and 2 months after this one, we'll be getting Frost Queen's...even worse is that BP's new costume doesn't have special voicelines which is a selling point for legendary costumes... I swear to god if they also half ass Frost Queen's long awaited legendary costume, i'd be so mad.
