I always associate this song with Dean and John, and I never realized how perfect this song also is for Claire and Castiel. I wish they got more screen time together, this is such a painfully gorgeous tribute to their relationship.

When Claire Novak appeared in season 10 I was thinking that part of Castiel's character arc to get his grace back was going to have Claire willing give her life for Castiel to extract his grace from her since she was possessed from Castiel temporarily. However, it's refreshing to see that Claire grow as a character altogether.
