Do you speak only English?? As a Russian and Spanish fluent speaker I can follow the subs and understand the song quite easily after juts one month studying French. Good luck 👍 it happened to me with English. Only after 4 years of constant study did I start to understand songs. It will get easier as you further learning languages. I still have a lot of trouble with English even though I've studied it more than I studied Russian. I simply don't know why

There is something about Latin languages that is so pleasing to the ears, especially French and Italian. The sounds used in the language. The diphthongs that smooth-out sentences, by changing the pronuniation of some words depending on which sounds precede or follow the word (especially in French). The "liaisons": a genius French spoken "rule" that disables the "pause" at the end of a word by joining the ending of a word with the beginning of the next one, creating the beautiful impression that every sentence is one contiuous flow of poetic sounds. The tonality of most Latin words where the vowels are stressed and not the consonants (unlike German, eew), enhancing the melody of each word and suppressing the "breaks"/"cuts" created by the consonants (exemple: the German language stresses these breaks, which gives the impression of a harsh fragmented language, unpleasent to the ears). The overall tonality of each sentence, especially Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, built for every sentence to feel like a song. If you don't understand a Latin language, ever noticed how each conversation feels like the people are singing ? For French, Italian, and Portuguese: the absence of "throat" sounds (guttural) in their language (like the "j" in Spanish, or the "cht" in German), ruining a whole sentence's melody by their presence. The high vowel-to-consonant ratio so typical of Latin-origin languages, further exagerating the melody. The location at which most Latin sounds are created: neither guttural (like Arab), neither high pitched (like every Asian language, including Indian), neither chest (like English or German)... But rather a perfect balance of range. I could go on, as I like studying languages, but I lack the English vocabulary to really describe how magical Latin languages are compared to any other language.

this was super cool to read im very fascinated in language and its cool to hear someone dissect languages so amazingly however latin languages are beautiful due to the flow rhythm and sound (not to mention most latin languages specifically like french for example changed their language to sound more pleasing) but there are many fascinating positives of others as well which im sure you have noted but german and english are very beautiful in the sense of how fun they are for example whisk like a cooking whisk in german directly translates to snow broom and they say ant poop instead of cheese when taking photos thats the beauty of german while the harsh sound the direct translations are so fun and intresting while direct translations of say french a latin language sound rough like je veux de l'eau which is i want water or i want the water but it directly translates to i want of the water which i know you arent supposed to directly translate but still and the freedom of english of being able to create any new word in which you want and its valid while french is very structured and doesnt like adding new words so they recycle old ones which has its pros and cons but also asian languages much like north eastern asian langauges combined characters which make words similar to liasons which makes for a very flowing language and with southern asian languages as Vietnamese the dips in pitch make it sound unique and unlike any other language especially since languages often connect but there are few that sound extremely unique much like english. while i agree with your statements above i think other languages have so many other beautiful qualities that shine to the same level as latin languages.

lol, y en a qu'on pas beaucoup l'oreille musicale (non, sans être offensante hein c'est sur le ton de l'humour mais vraiment, ce qu'elle pond là c'est touuuuutes les mêmes tounes depuis cinq ans avec toujours une pauvreté de vocabulaire dans les paroles pi les ptites yeules d'anges à taille fine à l'écran et la voix tamisée "chic et élégante" conf. un commentaire ci-dessus, faut arrêter ça n'a rien d'inédit et la liste des chanteuses qui sont identitques est longue). mais bon :) chacun ses goûts hein je respecte

J'ai découvert cette chanson par hasard (comme bien souvent) à bord du vol Paris Shanghai sur un vol Air France la semaine dernière. Comme souvent Air France passe en playlist des artistes cosmiques qui viennent de je ne sais ou mais pas de la bande FM. Immédiatement, j'ai été attiré par sa voix de jeune garce. après avoir shazamé le son et l'avoir téléchargé, je suis conquis. Elle est Bravo Clairejeune, belle, elle ose faire quelque chose de vraiment décalé, hors format. Bravo Claire pour cette bouffée de french pop. Vous avez du talent. Le compositeur également.

Musique au tempo lancinant, une électro mélancolique avec des voix et bruitages mystérieux, et la voix envoutante de Claire par dessus, un clip minimaliste très réussi... vraiment une très belle découverte...
