It is not uncommon for one police officer to die in order to catch one mafioso alive, and the cost of treating one incurably ill boy often exceeds the cost of a traffic accident response that helps 10 people. “Helping the less good at the ultimate price” is more common in real life than in anime.

Well, as far I know the All For One quirk make his body be able to hold those multiple Quirks. Like Mina ashido, she's immune to her own acid, why AFO wouldn't be able to hold multiple Quirks? Basically, AFO can manage multiple Quirks because it's made for it. But a normal body isn't made to it, that's why Ofa makes you ageing so much. Quirkless is the only way, since you're a empty recipient, not one already filled (Basically, Afo is like a bottomless glass designed to encompass many quirks. But the others are glasses that are already full and cannot contain another quirk).

The reason why Danger Sense didn't work was that there was no hostile intent- they didn't want to hurt Deku, they wanted to restrain him. Danger sense doesn't work when there's no true danger.
