"Honor and Might" is an original dwarven song in our Hammerdeep collection. We are continuing to develop our own Dwarven legend through multiple musical compositions. We hope you enjoy it:)

This was Moving, Emotional, and Forever on should such an important message should echo across the deeps and through every heart under the sky. We should be Mighty but never without Honor, and if we live by that code and seek to better the world, not just ourselves, then we will have to greatest legacy to pass onto our loved ones and all generations to come. As always, your music is truly Mighty and always makes my day! You are all so amazing and I hope 2024 is treating you well as I am excited for another year of music from you guys! Thanks for keeping the hearth of hope burning and helping me to keep my head held high!

Years ago when i was first drawn to the dwarves it wasn't just their stonework, which i adore, it wasn't just their work ethic, which i share, it wasn't just their patterning after the norse, who are my ansesters, it was their unity the sense of brotherhood, and its that brotherhood that keeps drawing be back to your music with every new song. Be well shieldbrothers and sisters.

According to Tolkien himself the Dwarven culture that he created which is the basis for most fantasy dwarves nowadays was basically a combination hybrid culture between Norse Warrior culture combined with Biblical Old Testament Israelites because the dwarves were always driven from their Homeland like the children of Israel were driven from Zion by the Babylonians and the Romans dwarves are often driven from their Homeland deep in the mountains also if you listen to the song Halls of hammer deep the first line the Craftsman makes Eternal Art and the last few lines this world was made by mighty hands a blessing rest upon Our Land

I really like this song, I think dwarves are rarely shown as in their full and prime. More often they're shown as a crumbling kingdom receding from former glory and might. This song shows how the dwarves are in their prime. A kingdom mighty, noble, and held together by their unwavering commitment to honor.
@raphaelsteyn65587 ай бұрын
I was reading something on Royal Road called One Moo'r Plow (mostly an ok story) which took a really interesting direction. Its set at a time when the dwarves are at the height of their power: they rule everything below ground, and everyone is terrified of so much as harming the hair on a dwarf's head for fear of being written into the book of grudges. There's a whole bit where a dwarf is killed and within the month an entire legion of dwarves appears out of the ground and walls off the entire region where the dwarf was killed (in a few hours), puts everyone to truthspell, and nobody is willing to do anything about it (despite the many powerful individuals in the vicinity) for fear of the dwarf war machine. And then the main character hears a rumor that the dwarves have delved to dark and deep, and we all know how that goes...

You guys really outdo yourselves. For a long time as a recent player of D&D, I've wanted to DM a game myself. Despite being told running a module is the best way to start, I knew I had to make my own setting. Inspired by the songs in your dwarven collections, I started the campaign some months back and its been going well. A very dwarven setting itself, I've shared some of these very songs with the players and they too have loved them. These are gems of the musical art, I absolutely love them. I occasionally have trouble sleeping as well, and many of these songs work very well at low volume as a sort of ASMR when I'm having a hard time sleeping and have helped me greatly in falling asleep easier when insomnia kicks in. So thank you, for the multiple ways your music has had a positive impact on my life. You guys are amazing. May the heart of the mountains guide Hammerdeep into legend. Rock and stone!
