Even though we see everything in third person, we watch the anime through Tomoya's eyes. We see the deaths of Nagisa and Ushio as something heart wrenching but we also see discover how hard his father tried and how Tomoya had found himself in the same situation

Think about tomoyo being forced to watch his wife be brought out of the house dead, I am happy we never saw the scene where that happened and Tomoyo said for Sanae to just take Ushio

+Liah Dawson I was 9 when I had the pleasure of viewing this series. Never understood the ending world arc until I re-watched through the first and second season. The nostalgia gave me serious stomach pains. Tears were shed, as was due. Nothing will ever come close to the experience I had with Clannad and Clannad After Story.
@kingchickenwing48877 жыл бұрын
Wow, 9... I think that you were a bit young for such intensity and sadness, wouldn't you say? I mean, there wasn't anything that bad in the show, it is just so intense that you have to be older to understand. Good thing that you rewatched it when you were older, it would be horrible to only have watched it when you were to young to truly enjoy it!

rip Fuko she will never be able to live a normal live ever again she was in coma for 3 years and therefore missed most of her youth and is still on the mental state from 3 years ago and no one will have understanding for that and will most likely laugh at her or find her weird. it is allways worse if a child (in this case 14 years old) is in coma for like 3 years then when a 33 year bc the child will miss more in that time then the 33 year old

Like where it shows the two universes where Ushio died, and where everything was all resolved. And it shows how Tomoya tries to overcome the depression, and where everything is resolved, Ushio is a teenager. *add on if there's anything else you want to see*

I didn't understand the girl and the robot at all. I think the film version described it better. Or maybe I'm missing out on something since I didn't play the original VN.
@overkill13409 жыл бұрын
Chase Wyler Spoilers for anyone else reading this... When Ushio dies she creates or just arrives at the other/illusory world so she can collect the orbs that result from everyone's happiness. This world seems to exist outside the trappings of time, which is why events in the anime seem to affect the illusory world. Tomoya dies shortly afterwards and he shows up as a "soul" and the girl puts it in the robot. In the VN you play through routes like Kyou's and Tomoyo's OVAs in the anime, which are speculated to be different dimensions/worlds as researched by Kotomi's parents. Each time you complete one with a good ending, you collect an orb. New ones are added to the episode title screen, under the tree near the hospital, when the anime crosses a point in the VN that would generate an orb even if the orb isn't shown during the anime. In the VN, once all 13 are collected you can play the scene in the anime where Tomoya decides that all the pain was worth it in order to be with Nagisa and have Ushio for the short time they had. The collected orbs then allow Tomoya to begin another world where Nagisa and Ushio don't die which is the happy end of the VN and anime. To further bash the viewer over the head with the Ushio/Girl/orb link, the Girl shows up under the tree in the title screen once all 13 orbs are collected. Fuko later visits the tree and finds Ushio there instead of the Girl. I haven't played the VN, but this is my understanding from reading synopsis and player explanations.

+The Fnaf Nightguards I cannot remember the specific sites I visited, but I was confused like many people and did some google searching. A quick search turned up the clannad wiki which gives a description under the garbage doll and girl in the illusionary world . The light orbs are also explained. A few of the bits I mentioned above were speculated by VN players but most of it is backed up in the text in the VN.
