I loved this guy as a kid. I loved the E Street band and I remember every song that he played the saxophone in was my favorite. I didn't even know he died until 2015. He's the reason I play saxophone now. I'll never be as good as him and I only play alto but I can never get tired of listening to his saxophone. I'm 16 now and I've been listening to that guy for 12 years now.

Sounds nice and nothing but the highest respect for Clarence. But either this was prerecorded or the sound is not in sync (it's especially obvious around 1:51). Prerecording simplifies things, so I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

I love his playing and have most of his albums with his own bands but i don't think he was playing it live. Watch around 1:56-57 ...he didn't "tut" . his lower lip wasn't touching the mouthpiece but 2 '"tut" notes came out ; impossible ! Not that I blame him . I've been playing Tenor for almost 40 tears and I'd be scared shitless to hit that wrong note in front of all those people who know all the notes to that tune.

So called Americans seen either crossing their arms or holding they're hands in front. I guess they forgot how to put their right hands over their heart. Incredible. I see the same thing at NFL football games.
@avp0713 Жыл бұрын
The hand over the heart is done during the Pledge Of Allegiance... not the national anthem. Some people DO choose to hold their hand over their heart, and thats fine. You really need to know the difference though.
