@signs80
@signs80 6 жыл бұрын
See how clarence shoots his hips back far exiting the hole? It takes some load off the knees at their peak torque so he doesn't have so many issues, he already partially tore his patellar tendon and had surgery a couple of years ago and squats like that specifically so he doesn't injure it again
@sfserss
@sfserss 6 жыл бұрын
And that was a bad day....he usually smokes 600 easily
@PlastKladd
@PlastKladd 6 жыл бұрын
Man I was wondering how he does that. With a petellar injury and squatting ATG with his knees so far past his toes and somehow not having crippling pain in his knees? I am currently trying to get over a patellar tendonitis injury, I'm not 100% sure what caused it but I think it was when I first started my form looked very similar to his. Doing low bar and not going further than parallel has helped, but I feel most comfortable doing it the way he is, so I don't know if I should just safe it and not do it or is there something he does that I just haven't figured out yet...
