Not a bad association at all and there are indeed more than a few similarities. However, the Piccolos are considerably more open and expressive than the Stages.

I advise you to go listen to the Diptyque isodynamic speakers! The sound quality and timbres are natural and incredible, and manage to produce deep bass at high resolution.

I agree! I've heard them and they are GREAT sounding speakers. Unfortunately their distributor has made it near impossible for me to get a set to do videos on.

I still think Diptyque brings the same level of performance but at a better price point. I will have a listen to both at capital audio fest( I know diptyque will be there not sure about clarysis. )Diptyque our my favorite speaker that I’ve heard sorry I am a bit partial.

We won't show on Capital Audiofest. We will be at the Poland Show, Florida Show, Axpona in Chicago, Munich, Malaysia and possibly Zürich. By the way, we also like the guys from Diptique and Alsyvox. We enjoy all manufacturers of Planar speakers. At the end, customers decide, we can only do the best engineering we can. Best regards

How does the Accuphase compare to the Soulution when driving the Clarysis? Did you try the VAC with them?

The Accuphase in THIS particular instance I felt was a better match. But the Accuphase is also a much, much, much more powerful unit.
